We refined the age of carbonate and clastic volcanomictic rocks Toupugol'egart Formation (D1–2tg) Voikar Belt Polar Urals, which formed at final stage Ural Island arc development. The analysis stratigraphic distribution fossils was based on a revision previously published data new collections authors (algae, tabulatomorphic corals). range extended up to Karpinsky-Langur regional stages Emsian Eifelian Devonian. similarities structure, lithological composition paleontological associations sequences upper part Malyj (Voikar Urals), as well Terrigenous-Volcanogenic (eastern slope Middle Urals) were noted. accumulation these deposits took place in Late Early Eifelian, probably during joint sedimentary-volcanogenic cycle within single island-arc system. assumed similar evolution Tagil island arcs their formation.
